NOW HIRING: RESTAURANT TEAM LEAD / KEY HOLDER

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and experienced Restaurant Team Lead / Key Holder to help lead our team and maintain excellent service and food quality.The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant experience with Key Holder or Shift Lead responsibilities. Pizza restaurant experience is strongly preferred.

Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
Open and/or close the restaurant according to company procedures
Serve as a trusted Key Holder
Help ensure pizzas and other menu items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
Assign duties and keep employees productive throughout the shift
Provide excellent customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns
Operate the POS system
Monitor food preparation, cleanliness, sanitation, and food-safety practices
Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management
Ensure workstations are properly stocked and ready for service
Assist with training and coaching new employees
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant
Communicate employee, customer, maintenance, or operational concerns to management
Step in wherever needed during busy periodsing the entire team succeed.

Qualifications

Restaurant experience is required. Previous Key Holder, Shift Lead, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Pizza industry experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be dependable and punctual, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, be comfortable handling money and operating a POS system, work well under pressure, and be able to make responsible decisions when management is not immediately available.

Candidates should also be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts. What We're Looking For

We want someone who can lead by example. Our Team Lead should be willing to make pizzas, assist customers, clean, stock, train employees, solve problems, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.
